Advertising principles
- Advertising should be clearly labeled.
- Sponsored content should not change the underlying rental or sales data.
- Project and district rankings should remain data-led unless a placement is explicitly marked as sponsored.
- Ads should not make the mobile experience worse.
Suitable placements
Potential placements may include mortgage, conveyancing, renovation, insurance, moving, tenant services, landlord services, and property research tools. The goal is useful context, not clutter.
Mobile app ads
The planned iOS app may include Google AdMob banner ads. App ads should be separated from the public transaction data and should not change project, district, HDB, ranking, or calculator outputs.
Not currently accepting self-serve ads
PropertySmartSG is not running a public self-serve advertising platform yet. This page exists so the public site has a clear place for advertising standards before monetization is added.
