How to read this HDB resale data
The source data is official resale flat transaction data from HDB via data.gov.sg. Older files do not include a provided remaining lease column, so remaining lease is only treated as provided when the source CSV includes it. Resale prices are useful evidence, but final pricing still depends on floor, condition, orientation, renovation, lease balance and buyer-seller negotiation.
