Scope
This policy covers PropertySmartSG.com and any official PropertySmartSG mobile app, including the planned iOS app. The app may use some of the same public data, calculators, saved-item features, analytics, and advertising tools described here.
Information we collect
PropertySmartSG does not require an account to browse project, district, HDB resale, rental, or sales data. We use lightweight analytics to understand which pages and tools are useful, improve performance, and monitor search-led growth.
If the iOS app includes saved projects, saved districts, saved HDB streets, calculator inputs, or preferences, those may be stored locally on the device unless the app clearly introduces an account or sync feature later.
Usage data
Hosting and security providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and bot or abuse signals. This helps keep the site available, secure, and fast.
The iOS app may also process app diagnostics, app version, device type, approximate region, ad interactions, crash signals, and similar usage data through Apple, Google, analytics, advertising, or infrastructure providers.
Public data
The property information shown on PropertySmartSG is based on public market information, including URA Property Market Information for private residential rental and sale records, and HDB resale flat price data from data.gov.sg.
HDB resale data from data.gov.sg is used under the Singapore Open Data Licence. Public transaction data is presented as market evidence and is not treated as a PropertySmartSG user account record.
Cookies and analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate usage, page performance, popular pages, traffic sources, and calculator engagement. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to distinguish visits and provide reporting. We do not use Google Analytics to collect account data, payment data, or property purchase decisions.
Advertising and AdMob
The website does not currently run a self-serve ad platform. The planned iOS app may include Google AdMob ads. AdMob and Google Mobile Ads SDK may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers where permitted, app activity, approximate location, diagnostics, and ad interaction data to deliver, measure, limit, and protect ads.
Where required, the app may show consent, privacy, or tracking prompts. Users can manage advertising preferences through iOS settings and Google ad settings. We will not use advertising data to override or change the underlying public property data.
Third-party services
PropertySmartSG may use service providers such as Cloudflare for hosting, security and analytics; Google Analytics for website measurement; Google AdMob for app advertising; Apple services for iOS distribution and diagnostics; and official public data sources for property information.
Your choices
You can use the website without creating an account. You can block cookies or analytics through browser settings, and you can manage iOS app permissions, tracking choices, and advertising identifiers through device settings. Some measurement or ad features may not work the same way if those settings are limited.
Updates
This policy may be updated as the product adds features. The latest version will be posted on this page.
