Scope
This policy covers PropertySmartSG.com and the official PropertySmartSG iOS app. The website and app do not use every service in the same way. The app privacy policy explains the current iOS behavior in detail.
Information we collect
PropertySmartSG does not require an account to browse project, district, HDB resale, rental, or sales data. We use lightweight analytics to understand which pages and tools are useful, improve performance, and monitor search-led growth.
The iOS app stores saved projects, districts and HDB areas locally on the device. Calculator inputs are processed locally, and search text is matched against locally cached data where possible. The app does not require an account or cloud profile.
Usage data
Hosting and security providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and bot or abuse signals. This helps keep the site available, secure, and fast.
When the iOS app downloads public JSON from PropertySmartSG, our server, CDN and security providers may process the IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp and security signals. This supports file delivery, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
The iOS 1.0 app does not include third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics, crash reporting or consent.
Public data
The property information shown on PropertySmartSG is based on public market information, including URA Property Market Information for private residential rental and sale records, and HDB resale flat price data from data.gov.sg.
HDB resale data from data.gov.sg is used under the Singapore Open Data Licence. Public transaction data is presented as market evidence and is not treated as a PropertySmartSG user account record.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate usage, page performance, popular pages, traffic sources, and calculator engagement. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to distinguish visits and provide reporting. We do not use Google Analytics to collect account data, payment data, or property purchase decisions.
Website advertising and the iOS app
The website may display advertising. Website advertising providers may process technical information under their own privacy terms.
The iOS 1.0 app does not show ads. It does not ask for permission to track activity across other companies' apps or websites, and it does not include SKAdNetwork IDs.
Third-party services
The website uses Cloudflare for hosting, security and analytics, and Google Analytics for website measurement. The iOS app uses Apple services for distribution and MapKit for maps. Both products use official public data sources for property information.
Your choices
You can use the website and app without creating an account. Website cookies and analytics can be limited through browser settings. You can remove the app's locally stored saves, cached data and preferences by deleting the app.
Updates
This policy may be updated as the product adds features. The latest version will be posted on this page.
